Most roofs in Bermuda are used to collect rain water for the building's cistern, there little to no potable ground water. Best you can hope for are pubs on the second or 3rd story with a large veranda overlooking the Great Sound. Flanagan's on Front St. in Hamilton is what immediately comes to mind.

@ russpittfan, no rooftop, but I have 2 good suggestions & pictures posted. At the Naval Dockyard, The Frog & Onion, good food, drinks, vibe & live music. Just a 5-minute walk from your ship. In Hamilton, try The Docksider. Also, has good food, vibes & drinks, live music. Great hosting staff. Take the ferry from The Naval Dockyard to Hamilton, $5 pp. Ferry leaves on the hour. Walk to visitor center, get your tokens & you’ll also get a map. Try 1 or all!! Have a blast & happy cruising 😎⚓️🤩❣️‼️

i concur about the Frog 🐸 and Onion 🌰 in the Dockyard. It's easy to get to and has some good though pricey brew. I'll be going there again myself when I dock there Labor Day weekend.
