To much of a big, crowded city for us. We rented a car and went to Whistler to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Vancouver is one of the most beautiful cities! We biked for 20 miles around Stanley Park and the lovely waterfront. You can ride forever without crossing a street! What a vibrant city! Fantastic views from our hotel on Robson Street in downtown. Highly recommend the Blue Horizon Hotel.

We arrived in Vancouver on Friday (8/17) prior to our cruise leaving on Monday (8/20). We enjoyed our time in Vancouver. We did the zip line at Grouse Mountain (fantastic) and spent a few hours at Capilano Suspension Bridge, along with a walk almost around Stanley Park. We ate at Top of Vancouver Revolving restaurant (great night time views and the food is just okay), and Cactus Club Cafe (excellent).

Vancouver is one of the great cities of the world. We spent three days there before the cruise. Beautiful, much to see and do.

Vancouver is one of the top walkable cities - save money, no need to book shore excursions unless mobility issues or on a boat tour. Most highlights are in the compact downtown peninsula and can easily be walked or reached by Skytrain or bus for $2.75CDN (can transfer between buses up to 90 min.)

Would have stayed longer in Victoria and not stayed in Vancouver. Victoria, well with it along with the Butchart Gardens. The Empress hotel treated you like a queen
