Beautiful city with loads to do, so varied. Very environmentally conscious but something of a problem with homeless - reflects very high property values.

Don't wait for cab...took almost 45 minutes. Get a hotel with a shuttle. Airport is 30 min drive.

Vancouver is a beautiful city, with lots to do and amazing diversity. The cruise terminal, however, is a chaotic mess. Showing up on time did not matter. On this day, three cruise ships were funneled through one set of security. I don’t believe we’ve ever had an embarkation process as unnecessarily slow. Not very encouraging if you’re considering a location for future cruises.

Airport is huge. Every plane arriving seemed to be carrying passengers for 2 ships departing that afternoon. Followed everyone else (if there were any signs I didn’t see them) to Customs. Lots of walking with little idea of where we were going.

Try and book an extra day in Vancouver. There is so much to see and do there.

Suspesion bridge experience was good. Stanley Park is beautiful - aquarium was nice.
