Sitka was a nice town. Wasn’t hard to navigate at all. We tried the Russian dumplings at this restaurant called ‘Pel Meni’ which was very good. We also saw the Russian Bishop’s house which was pretty neat. Besides that, we didn’t do too much here, we just walked around town.

Too an hour to get a bus. Not handicap friendly.

Average experience, as expected

Nice town.

Beautiful sailing into it and even saw a humpback whale. Unfortunately we docked with some larger ships and shared the complimentary shuttle that took over an hour in the rain to get into port. There wasn’t enough time in port to justify waiting that long.

Very cute little town. We went into the church and the Bishops house. Then just wondered the town. Free internet at the library. Good time to get up on the emails.

Fun place to visit and walk around. 100% rain dampened the activities but there were still many things to see and visit. No excursion needed, as walking to different places was the best way to visit.

I did enjoy Sitka, I did a walking tour of the rain forest and some of the town. It was incredible.
