We were in Ketchikan in July 2017. We really enjoyed the lumberjack show. That is one of the things we want to repeat in July 2021. Another repeat we want to do in 2021 is the Saxon Village. In 2017 we were able to go in the clan house and watch the native dance. From what I have read there is no native dance show or entering the clan house. What a disappointment. If anyone knows how to schedule entering the clan house I would like to know. This was our most enjoyable port in 2017.

The Monarch store in Ketchikan is such a beautiful store filled with impressive treasures and wonderfully helpful employees. Stop by and pick up some treasures of your own!

Cute town. Busy again with lots to see. We did the wilderness exploration cruise and Crab feast at George Inlet Lodge. Unfortunately the cruise didn’t have much to explore. We were supposed to see wildlife and we didn’t see anything. We pulled up a small crab trap and that was about it with 5 crabs in it. Now the crab feast was incredible. The crabs were insanely delicious!! Again, our favorite part.

Ketchikan Alaska was the most beautiful port. We didn't do any excursion. Walked and walked and walked around. Wanted to eat crab legs but was too expensive.

Very cute town. Weather was awesome. Saw lots of bald eagles. Rode a boat to Silver King Lodge for a seafood feast. Very enjoyable and beautiful scenery.
