Should have signed up for the excursion boat to get us closer. Recommend that you opt to do this excursion in case the boat can’t get close because of icebergs!

Went on the excursion to get closer to the glacier. Saw lots of seals laying on the glacier

due to so many folks getting sick or dying at the beginning of the cruise the Glacier experience was abridged

Amazing scenery just on the ship. We didn't see any wildlife on the ice in the fjord. We didn't go down to the water on the small boats but I think the excursion is too expensive for what you saw (basically the fjord ice up close and you got to hold some of the ice).
