A: Why not download the icruise app. You can then find the ship you will be sailing on and the scheduled stops on that cruise. It will show how many hours for each place you visit

A: We are going there next month and according to the itinerary the ship will be at that port from 8:00 until 5:00.

A: This depends on the sailing, itinerary, and cruise line. We are doing Alaska in August on Brilliance of the seas and our itinerary says we sail the fjord from 6:30am to 10:30am and then port in Juneau @ 1:30pm on the same day. So we only get 4 hours... in the fjord not a whole day.See More

A: Yes there is. Someone has said in the past on here to keep checking the excursions listed for your cruise closer to time to cruise for them to be booked.

Answered by mary0909 on August 22, 2022

A: On CCL, absolutely. The smaller boats load from the ship and then take you closer to the north and south glaciers.

A: I know there is for PCL and CCL. Just check excursions listing for your cruise. This excursion is FABULOUS!

A: This is not a port, it is a Fjord! Unlikly any whales in the fjord, but plenty if seals near the glacier. If you want to get up close, you will need to book the small boat excursion ( if your ship has one)!

Answered by crusin4gramma on June 5, 2022

A: You won’t be stopping at an actual port but doing scenic cruising in the fjord. Enjoy the views. Some ships have up close glacier boat tours, but not all.

A: Tracy Arm is not a port. You will simply be coasting along enjoying the views and iceburgs! The only ones getting off are the ones booked on the small boat excursion to go further up the fjord to see the glacier up close.
