Stunningly beautiful. Loved that Princess brought park rangers on board for commentary. We also saw whales, bears, and plenty of otters while cruising this day.

The highlight of the trip - outside of our dining staff! A day cruising thru beautiful, raw, desolate land. The chunks of ice gliding by in the water were a nice touch! WARNING: It’s Cold. Plan to spend 15-20 minutes at a time on your balcony, then dive back in your stateroom to warm up. Coats, Gloves and protection for your ears will make you more comfortable. Actually Princess sells these on board at very reasonable prices -$30 or so for jackets or a sleveless Down vest that I bought. We spent too much of the first part of the day on Deck 16,17 etc trying to sightsee and look for protection from the cold - along with hundreds of other passengers. By mid-day we settled into viewing from our Balcony and had a much more enjoyable - and peaceful - time (bring a thermos with you and go fill it with Coffee from the Lido deck and take it back to your room). Try both, see what you prefer.

Great way to spend a morning on your balcony getting some amazing views of the various glaciers which were narrated by a park ranger. We were fortunate enough to witness some glacial calving and even caught it on video which was a great experience!

Great views. If you're lucky you'll maybe see a seal or otter. The glacier was the best part! Hearing the thunder of the falling ice was amazing! Great place.

One of the highlights of our cruise. The sun was shining and we got wonderful pictures of the glaciers. We set up a tripod on the balcony. It was great.
