What is the SRN fee from MSC?

Does anyone know what the SRN fee is for kids on the Kids Sail Free promotion?

I have to believe the SRN fee is a gratuity charge for each of the children, per day of the cruise. Depending on the length of the cruise, and the departing port, these charges vary. A search of MSC cruises does not give much additional information. Below shows some related information.
