I do believe you are correct, it does mean the same all over the world.
However, I do believe its a sad reflection of the person who makes the third finger salute. A reflection of the upbringing perhaps ?
I always think positive and am happy with the rather beautiful and wonderful friends i meet here on a daily basis.

On a cruise, I am very often asked to have have a picture taken with, so a lot of fellow cruisers know what i am like. And lets be honest, some of them are deffo not eye candy !

It's seasonal. The Colorado Festival last eight weekends durong the Summer (this year June 17-August 6) with rehearsals most weekends in May and the first part of June. Pictures would go against the guidelines of Cruiseline (sorry).
