I am guessing that we may have different protocols for our 2022 sailings than this October. So keeping up with as many changes as possible.

Yeah, we're 6 months out and I'm thinking the same thing.

I'll keep just one eye on it.......for now.

Fortunately for us at this point we are still 4 1/2 months out so there is time to shake the bugs out and chnage things a half a dozen times before I really need to pay attention.

Well....at least you're being proactive and trying to deal with it...Those tests are apparently ok as long as its done under the aegis of a telehealth professional... they can be called "proctors" (learning something every day). AUNTIE is right as usual....availability varies from state to state, store to store, and clinic to clinic, as I discovered.......also the testing requirements, that is, who can actually GET a test, what KIND of test, and how long it takes to get "cruise line blessed results" also vary.

I still believe there'll be thousands of people lining up for tests on embarkation day, regardless of cruise line. And how much $$ will it cost? TBD...if anyone can actually come up with a verifiable price, that would be nice....party of 6? right this way, that'll be $1,000.......... BAH!!!

OK with me but how much is the "mandatory gratuity"

for the stroll?

I just need to know how all this is going to affect my upcoming cruise to North Korea. I can't seem to find any information on their requirements.Crying

Thank you! I did order BINAXNOW™ COVID-19 Ag CARD HOME TESTs and they shipped to your house in about five days. And Royal Caribbean does accept them. You just can't buy the cheap ones that are only $20. Two of these cost $70 but at least it is an option. I haven't been able to find any CVS's that would do a rapid test.

Thank you!!

Welcome aboard. Glad you could join us.

Welcome to Cruiseline. Most of us share your worry. I have not figured out the exact answer, but Yankee has done a lot of research and it is helpful, but not all states/cities have the same options. For example: the CVS in my part of Colorado do not offer any testing. We are still checkng into our options for our October 1st Riverboat cruise. Good luck and I hope all goes according to plan for you.
