I have a cruise with MSC on 10/17/21 and have been trying to contact them about excursions. Every phone number I call for them rings once then hangs up. I try to login to their website and get an error when doing so. Is anyone else having these issues or can you advise me how to contact MSC? FYI, I sent them an email but with no response yet.

I don't recall if I called that number. The experience was too long ago. It just wasn't worth
the effort and the rather poor reviews of MSC clinched it.

That was pretty much my experience also. I finally gave up and decided that if they did not want my business, that was Ok with me. Besides, that introduction was just a preview of their customer service. I don't want to continue with that if that is the best they can offer. Otherwise, I would suggest you work through your travel agent to do your legwork. That's why I always try to book with a TA. A good TA has ways of dealing with the carp and getting answers. Their success depends on helping you.
