Forgive my lack of knowledge but it's our first time taking a long shuttle from MCO to Port Canaveral. How much would you tip them? The per bag seems cheap or should I tip a certain percentage of the cost of the shuttle one way?

Tipping shuttle driver out to Port Canaveral

$5 each passenger seems fair. Even by NY standards.
We usually tip about $2 per bag. If the driver also carries on our hand luggage we would add another $1 per bag.
We tipped $ 5.00 each when we used Cocoa Beach shuttle. On the return they have a parking spot rite next to the ship to get you ship to airport.
I'm going to tip them well because I will need them once I get back and not spend a lot of time waiting on them.
Oh ok. No this is a long shuttle drive Smart two from MCO to our Port Canaveral hotel the day before. So I was wondering what to tip for that long ride. I know about tipping the little shuttle ride to the ship from the hotel.
2 bucks is what I do.
So you drive 50 minutes out to your hotel near the port and tip the shuttle driver who drops you off, $2 per bag? Is that what you mean?
Nope, I drive to my hotel. Then on cruise day I shuttle over to the port. Its a 10 minute drive and I have only 1 bag with me and a carry on. I just say thanks for the lift and tip the guy.
I've heard: a buck a bag. I don't do that. I travel as a couple and if I am toting a load of luggage - and they have to hoist it - two bucks.
