This could be a precedent setting case if it is pushed.

Something like this is probably one of the few things that could sink Carnival and some of the other cruise lines.

You're right, that could fold some companies. It could happen is force them to sell there line to another operator.

There will be a lot of lawyers involved in many cases when this is over. Who knows what the outcome will be, but I don't think this will be the only thing we hear. We are in a very litigious society after all.

I saw that as well Yankee with NCL and was shaking my head. And yes nlcdn, I agree.

This may be the impetus needed to ensure the cruise lines to be forth coming with information in the future.

Once this pandemic clears up, a lot of the world as we now know it is certainly going to change in a number of ways from the minute to the major in a variety of categories in our own lives, the world and business.

I know theres a lot of folks who like CCL. And quite a number of them who cruise with them regularly. Including in here. But good for the AUSSIES! CCL has quite a history of lying to officials, including US FEDERAL COURT JUDGES. As an aside, it seems that an assortment of deceptive instructions were given to their reps at NCL by the "powers that be" over what NCL was doing about the virus and subsequent FCC's, and new bookings. . TSK TSK shouldn't be sending things like that out by email.

What this demonstrates is that the more things change, the more things remain the same.
