That looks just like the Canadian birds. LOL - nothing yummier than homemade turkey soup afterwards. 
Thought that our Canadian friends might want to see what is on the menu on Thanksgiving Day here in the US. This is what my 19 LB. turkey looked like before we all dug it. I have no after photos since it was pretty well all gone even the bones. Hubby used them to make soup. I spent all day today putting everything away for next year. 
Oh she is... notice her cat tree to the right? She'd rather help me by getting into every bowl and container than sit watching from above the fray. Life would not be the same without her. She's brought a lot of life back into our home (having lost two elder cats within four months of each other this year). We are blessed :)
Gert looks like a wonderful helper! 
This is my "helper", Gert. She is 5 months old and doesn't realize she is growing. She used to fit into that bowl quite comfortably. Though the kitchen is in disarray, we love the process as much as the meal.
