With the seriousness of zika, I would suggest talking to your doctor about the best way to protect yourself, not rely on information from complete strangers. Enjoy your cruise.

I was 20 weeks pregnant on my last cruise. This was before the whole ZIKA thing.

How far along will you be when you sail ? If you are past your 24th week when the cruise ends, you won't be permitted to sail. And yes, they will want a physicians letter
