Lemme tell you..I have never walked in so many circles or stared at so much stuff dazed and confused, in many many years. They say you never forget how to ride a bike...wellllllllllll that's fine for bikes, but all I know is what we used to do in an hour or so practically blindfolded the day before is now turning into an epic....plan is to lay it all out in the guest room....not actually pack it....I know I gotta take LESS...thats the game....and I'm failing.......miserably....

Yepper...but this is the time I completely ignore the taxes and fees and such...I'll report on that later...IF I remember....heheheheh

Watch out for the Texas Alcohol tax while in port. Sometimes they charge it. It may be rumored that sometimes they don’t.
regardless, make sure you keep up you daily requirements of lubrication.

Yes, I noticed that the weather in that part of Texas is cooler and wet. I am not amused. We arrive in Houston 1:00PM on Thursday.

Thanks kids....yeh, just like a newbie....an OLD newbie....leaving real early TDAY...actually reverified our covid appt this AM for FRI for at least the 3rd time.... sposed to rain off n on all the way down, (bah!) but FRI and embarcation day are sposed to be clear...

LOL feeling like a newbie?? Understandable. I can also imagine that first step onto the ship will be more breathtaking than it was on your last few cruises and may be almost as amazing as your first cruise. A long hiatus tends to do things like that to people. Especially addicts like us.
