My wife always takes me along, so that she is guaranteed entertainment. Lol!

I wear the same shirt and hat throughout the whole cruise. It really saves on the amount of luggage I have to carry AND I don't have to worry about available laundry facilities on board.
I'm sure there will be others out there that don't agree with me on this. 
I dont drag anything unncecessecary, aside from a whole bunch of GoPro equipment I never end up using.
I do wear the same shirt and hat on Embarkation day though...

Believe it or not I still drag along travelers checks, even though I haven't had the need to use them in years. I usually just take them back to the bank after we return. Also, aside from tip money, I have realized that the amount of actual on hand cash required is less than years past. Practically everyone (aside from most street vendors) accepts credit cards, and the newer mobile payment methods like PayPal or Google Pay are also becoming commonplace.
