Hello all! I am set to sail in January with my bestie who is 10 years sober. Can you recommend any bars on this ship that will help her feel inclusive that make some great mocktails? Thank you so much in advance :)

They'll be fine at almost any bar. I don't drink either but I travel with people who do and have never had issues with ordering anything non-alcohlic.

We sail on VISTA often...and will contnue to do so until they move her next year. Anyway, AP has it right as usual...every bar will serve mocktails, nobody cares, mostly don't notice anyway. .FWIW, my wife doesn't drink at all...never been an issue. Sits with me most of the day or evening whilst I indulge..at the bar or on a lounger. .and she can BS with the best of em...sober even... heheheh Yes, learn to use the HUB...you'll get good at it...if you google the subject, you an find a zillion mocktail drinkis you didn't know existed, and the bartenders can make most of em.

I think you'll find most of them willing to make mocktails. We've sailed several times when one or the other of us had medical issues and couldn't have alcoholic drinks, yet enjoyed what seemed like a delightful concoction.While we haven't been on the Vista lately, I don't think you'll have any problems. Also let her know that there are "friends of Bill W" gatherings (if she is so inclined) frequenty on Carnival ships. They will be posted on the HUB. Enjoy you trip together.
