LOL-Check out my profile

It had been brought to my attention that there are [2] upcoming cruises shown on my profile. Both of them are on the CCL Spirit, and both have the same sail date. One of them is a 6-day Western Caribbean itinerary out of Miami, while the other is an 11-day South Pacific Cruise out of Brisbane. I haven't been expected to be in two places at the same time in a few years (since I was working).

I wonder if I get to tell CCL of which one I would prefer. Obviously I'd rather do 11 days floating around Fiji. If not, I just need to confirm where we need to fly to board the ship, Miami or Brisbane.

Thanks, AP - checked yesterday and there's nothing available for the first week so still have a decision to make on if we go. Second week has been resolved after a nearly 2 hour call.

I'm sure it will be lovely once everything is settled.

Too bad you can't pick the one you really want! So sorry. I hope it turns out to be marvelous, in spite of the poor customer service.

This is similar to the Venezia - another ship transferred from Costa to Carnival. We were moved from a legacy Carnival ship to Venezia and downgraded cabin - my thoughts on that fiasco are on another thread, so I'll spare everyone the details here, but I now have 2 trips showing on 2 different ships going to 2 different places as a result.

Ha Ha.

Thanks for the laughter Guys :)

Lynn is fabulous

Man ... booked on 2 cruises at the same time in opposite corners of the world and I do not have even one booked .....

You really prefer the staus quo anyway!Love

I'll pass on the refurbished ship for now. Besides, it's going to be filled with Diamond level cruisers.Wink

Thats the easy one........besides, I'd never survive the homecoming.....you'd read about a shoot out at the pier methinks....

Yeah.............. like identity theft for one.

I just poked around CCL's booking site. That sailing is aboard the Luminosa, a ship that Carnival transferred from Costa Cruises to their line. It's part of their new marketing strategy to offer "Italian Style" fun ships.

Looks like it's a popular cruise. No suites or balcony's are left, just inside or OV.
