Hello everyone,
this morning I decided to check out what’s going on with my cruise friends. I a currently in NC at an amazing weight loss clinic. I’m doing well, and I’ll be here til the end of April. In June we will be in Costa Rica for a few days ( not by cruise ).

I NEED to lose between 75-100, much of which will be lost after this program. Then , I’ll see my Dr regarding lumbar surgery. This is still related to my work related accident in 2012. At least my CHIEFS ARE SUPER BOWL CHAMPS
