I was also on the Oct 10th cruise and fully agree with this poster. This cruise was Thumbs a Down! Looked like they couldn't find any quality entertainment so they hired third rate performers. They didn't have a stage production until the second to last night. No balloon drop, no end of cruise party in the Piazza. Dining room waiters were rude. So was the head waiter. The cruise director fell down on his job. The same cruise the following week was noticeably better. Quite a difference.

So sorry to read that this cruise did not live up to your expectations. I know that you spent a lot of money on your vacation. Let's hope that you have a very different experience next time.

Thanks for the review. Sorry you did not enjoy your cruise. We were on the Grand for an Alaska cruise a few months ago and had a different experience.
