Carnival making more cuts

I ran across one of the u tube discussions (there are many, I cant remember which one posted this one), but they said Carnival is going to serve half caffene coffee, not the strong stuff. AND they are going to charge you to use the public restrooms,by swiping your card to get in and if you hold the door open for someone to get in free and they catch you, you will be booted off in the next port. Shocking!! I guess lot more people will visiting the "ool" to put more "p" in it.

Nah, no biggie..I have to adjust my "scale of values" in my dotage. We're talking about cruising here...we probably cruise more than alot of folks will ever be able to..time, resources, whatever...I guess i kind of reserve the right to complain about getting my $$ worth, but in the end the decision to book em rest with us. no matter what the beancounters come up with. So nothing they do would surprise me...is there a limit? for us, yes, somewhere, sometime.....for them? thats what they get paid to do...besides, the stuff folks come up with online, well.............I have to verify verify verify...its a real PITA....but if something pokes me enough to where it might affect us personally, or i'm just morbidly curious...off I go...too hot to do anything else lately....

I discovered this once I found the site again I got "punked" Removed prof from my list, it looked like a u tube video a very light Humor was in upper right hand corner of the post. I figured with what is going on I just read it and believed it. Got to read this stuff more slowly

Great thought!!! I'll try to keep an eye out too, at some point i'll start a thread in here with just that subject. that way it can get bumped once in a awhile...hopefully someone who is/was actually onboard can explain the process....the devil, as usual, is in the details....

I haven't read any reviews concerning calling room service (on Carnival) for breakfast room service. I am watching for it!

It would definitely be more entertaining if it were true yank.

Also, breakfast room service is a staple for us!

Or "Guy's will be Guys" and P' ing over the side of the deck.

Yeh, but in a twisted kind of way I almost wish i didn't...it sure would have been more fun the other way....But I just couldn't...I know there's folks in here including those who lurk only, who would believe it. .I do have a problem with one of their legit cuts....that room service thing...no more hanging tags for the continental breakfast delivered early am that we'd put out the nite b4...now all I know is call room service...what? call at 5 or 530 AM to get it delivered at 6 or 615? ....can i set it up for the whole cruise?...or at least the nite before?? .nobody knows....the world is in the toilet and Im concerned about my coffee and danish in the am out on the balcony? well yes...add THAT to one of the things I look forward to that they don't do anymore. I'm losing that loving feeling.....

thanks Yankee

It sounded odd glad you got the proof. I've got a carnival cruise in 87 days and i dont want any upsets

Don't know what happened to my first attempt. Saw some thread in the other site re this...somebody "heard" something somewhere, and they're off and running...Then I did a little key pounding and found the above...this so-called "expert" on something or other admits the whole thing is "satire" IF you read far enough....same thing happens in here when folks post to a thread thats already been beaten to death WITHOUT reading anything thats been posted before. Or reading far enough into some "article" or other..One of the hazards of cyber...and long threads. With any luck the thing will now take on a life of its own...like a recurring boil...

that seems odd (the bathrooms) and heaven forbid the mess with coffee they'll be a mutiny onboard. I'll wait to get verification on this one.
