Carnival Freedom 2/2/19

Mr Sanchos sounds pretty good. Been to Cozumel twice already but never did seek out this place due to concerns about missing the ship. Are returning in May 2020 so we may just have to check it out.

We had a wonderful time at Mr. Sanchos, the romantic package is worth the money. the food was wonderful. the cabana was great to have nearby, although we didn’t get to use it, we were enjoying the other amenities . But it was nice to have in case we wanted to use it . We enjoyed our massages, next time we may add an extra 15 minutes it was so relaxing.

I recommend the romantic package for two to anyone who wants to just relax and enjoy your partner ..

You were right we had plenty of time without having to rush . We have already booked our cruise for our anniversary next year on the carnival vista and we will do Mr. Sanchos the next time we are in Cozumel again .

The romantic package for two was excellent, we will definitely do it again the service was wonderful we were catered to the whole time. The food was very tasty. The massages were very relaxing. Mr. Sanchos is definitely the spot to be at while in Cozumel.

Thank you so much for the information you’ve provided, we are really excited, we will be celebrating our fifth year anniversary and wanted to do something a little different since we’ve been to Cozumel several times. I’ll be sure to post our experience once we return home.

I'd say the cabanas are about 40 yds from the beach front. In front of the cabanas were a few rows of tables and then 3 rows of loungers that were on the beach front; very short walk. Beach was nice and sandy, but still rocks in some areas out in the water so bring water shoes. Have to bring your own towels too. There's also a souvenir shop. They have a buffet set up but you can order off of the menu as well; loved the ceviche and whole fried fish! They have a good selection of drinks and Chris (bartender at the pool's swim up bar) was a real pleasure. Google Mr Sanchos menu and you'll see what they have to offer. Most importantly, the service was fantastic! Hope you have a wonderful cruise.

Thanks for your response cucruizin, how far are the Cabanas from the beach front? Also it looks like we will only have about 5 hours, is that a sufficient amount of time to enjoy everything? Our time in Cozumel is from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m..

That sounds like a great time.

We've had the package twice and enjoyed it very much. Mr. Sanchos has plenty of tables and loungers, in the sun and shade, but the package comes with a cabana. It's in a row with other cabanas, so it's not private and not on beach front, but there are curtains that you can untie (but will still flow with the breeze) that give you a little 'atmosphere'. There's a table or two for the cabana where they bring your drinks & food. That part was nice, gave you lot of space to lounge around and put your stuff. The package also includes a couples massage. We gifted those to our sons & DILs, so I can't say first hand, but both couples said the massages were great!

I'll be looking forward to the answers to this query. We have not done this and it sounds like we might enjoy it. If you get no feedback and go, I look forward to you telling the rest of us what you thought of it.
