It is sad, but I think a just finding was issued.

In todays age, guess I'm not surprised.

With all the evidence (videos, time before report, etc.) I am pleased with the verdict. I am very sad for the family. Responsibility rests with the victim and her husband. The cruise lines don't give those drinks away, so they can't be accused of "pushing" the alcohol on you. They always ask if you want another, but the word "no" is easy to say (even drunk).

Agree with Rebel. People need to take responsibility for their own actions and stop always looking to blame someone else.

A very sad situation, but the deceased woman is completely to blame. I wonder if her husband sued Carnival because he felt guilty for perhaps not encouraging his wife from drinking so much, or because he didn’t stop her from climbing onto the railing.
