Another person goes overboard

I feel bad for the families ... but in my opinion over boards occur as a result of either foul play, or recklessness and/or stupidity ... Unfortunately, just like you can't fix stupid, you can't prevent stupid either ... and as in the rest of the world the idiots and the actors have been let out to play as of late so yep ... stupid does happen .
