ANOTHER EPIC FROM CCL

I guarantee this will be too complicated for some folks. Hopefully, the boarding process won't also be an epic. from what I read from folks who have cruised recently, it goes well...

We have switched to Princess, but rather be safe than the alternative.

HAHAHAHAH good one!!

I thought the EPIC was an NCL ship Big Smile

Somehow I suspect we may be using "that place" in a couple weeks. The problem was the TDAY holiday causing places to be closed, and allowing for a travel day. Otherwise, we'd have done it locally. One day mebbe we could compare notes....Might just sell out and move down there.....seems like theres gonna be a traffic jam of ships AND all kinds of construction to accommodate them. want to rent us a room??? we're neat!

Same here in Galveston, our problem was co vid test, but we got a reliable place to do so. Been on 2 vaccinated cruises, august on breeze and halloween on vista. Easy on and easy off, hopefully when ships are full, it keeps going smooth

And that is probably the key .... having all your paperwork and digital info in order and ready to show.

Thanks for that ...seems to be the same kind of report from Galveston as well...encouraging. Got to respectfully disagree over the extension. Given half a chance, folks WILL cruise completely unvaccinated, maskless, and bring their unvaxxed and potentially equally infectious kids along. I hear constantly about folks who actually brag about how they "had the covid" and didn't even know it, or it was no worse than a cold....wonder how the folks they might have infected feel about that, assuming they didn't kill somebody in the process.

Boarding was quick and easy if you had all your paperwork or digital information in hand. It actually went as fast as I can ever remember. Carnival seems to have figured out how to get it done (at least in Miami). However, I am sad it got extnded again.

Hmmm...wonder why I didn't see it...Might be in wifes emails....sacred place......well anyway, it looks like folks who want to cruise with their "offspring" have to jump thru some timing hoops....

RCL announced pretty much the same thing yesterday, so it looks like they're all starting to fall in line.
