Have you been on a cruise? If so, we want to hear from you! Writing a review about your cruise experience is important to help other cruisers learn and potentially choose the same cruise...or not. Writing a review is also a great way to keep track of your cruise history and remember the experiences you had on board when you look back years from now.

Feel intimidated about sharing your cruise experience? Fear no more...follow these tips for writing a great cruise review.

  • Think about what you would tell friends and family about your cruise experience - now you have the framework for your cruise review. Try writing as if you were recapping your cruise to friends and family.

  • What did you like and dislike about the cruise?

    • How were the food and service?

    • What was your favorite place to eat on the ship?

    • Was there anything that surprised you (good or bad)?

  • What tips would you have for others sailing on the same ship?

  • How were the ports?

    • What shore excursions did you do?

    • Any tips for other cruisers going to the same port?

  • Was embarkation and disembarkation process smooth?

  • Did you take any pictures of the food, cabin, ship, and/or port? Be sure to include them with your review as people love to see firsthand an onboard experience.

  • How were the shows and onboard entertainment?

  • Cabin, cabin, cabin...people always want to know about the cabins!

    • Was there enough storage space?

    • What was the layout of the cabin?

    • How big was the balcony (if you had one)?

    • What was the space like in the bathroom?

  • Overall, what were the hits and misses of your cruise?

Our review process is simple if you follow these tips. Consider writing your review as a conversation. What would you tell someone about the experience? It may be helpful to write out your review prior to starting the review form so you can think about each day of your cruise.

I would not recommend Norwegian cruise line. I understand that their ships are beautiful fun to go on. But their customer service is absolutely horrible. They do nothing but lie to you. When they say they record the phone conversations with people they don’t that’s a lie. They will do nothing to accommodate or to fix their mistakes. Worst cruise line customer service you could ever deal with. Would not recommend I’m going on a cruise with Norwegian because of them.
