The whole cruise experience was okay. The room (balcony) was tidy and clean, especially we liked the shower room, that was larger than other cruise ships. We enjoy a dinner at Murano very much (the dinner package at $99 for 3 special restaurants was good deal). However, many of crews were not friendly and we were even scared to ask things sometimes, although we met some nice crews. Entertainments were not enjoyable; we are not fun of comedy; dancing was not fun because no one was dancing; we went to Latin night but DJ played all contemporary; we wish some of crew members danced with us. The excursion of Exclusive Whale Watching was just a mess. The guides were not professional and we only saw blowing. On the other hand, The Yukon Dog Musher Adventure Tour was great; Brian (guide) was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We may not recommend this cruise ship to our friends.

We loved the small town.
Do not expect too mach about the Whale watching.

Do not expect Japanese menus and instructions in the ship , they do not have them. If you want to dance, choose other ships. This cruise ship is focus on only American guest.
