Wolftastic time aboard Star Princess (bada-bing)
My husband and I had a great time on this cruise. We highly recommend this cruise to Alaska - inside passage. Cruise Director - Billy London and Deputy Cruise Director - Cris - best cruise directors ever. We went to Menderhall Glacier in Juneau and it was amazing and something to see. Service was excellent aboard the ship. The stateroom steward was amazing. Also one bar that my husband and I frequently because we liked the bartender was the Shooters Bar. We the head bartender, Angelo was great and friendly and his helper Moises was also great. The other part of this cruise that was awesome was our stop at Skagway, when we went to visit Krochel Wildlife Park. 5 stars for them.
Norwegian Getaway

When we got to Miami, the port was kind of messy, Not As nice as Seattle's port. You are packed like going through a amusement line to check in. After check in even if you don't want a I picture they make you go through the line anyhow and then walk around it.
When you get on the ship you have so many people trying to get to their rooms also, so what we did was just 1st eat one of the complimentary restaurants. Now the difference between this cruise and our last cruise on Princess, was that princess gave u a set time and it wasn't as crowded.
The other things was that Norwegian cruises crew's didn't seem as friendly as Princess. They also seemed to push you more on places to shop like they were getting a kick back.
Like I said before, the excursions were great..
Overall, I wouldnt sail Norwegian again, crew was not as sociable, and when they did say something I,eyou ask for something to its like they were botheredd to get you anything.
Cruise tips
Also a must the 12 meter yacht race
Make sure you do the horseback ride and swim, it's amazing
If you have time, go to fort Lauderdale, and take the Good Hit Sport Fiahing Charter out he is excellent.
We were only there for 4 hours
Very good, recommend going to Krochel Wildlife Park in Haines it is worth the $
Wish we had a little more time here, but for a tip, get off the ship it is a quaint little town
Very good, recommend going to the glacier

Go to the Shooters Bar and hopefully you will be meeting the cruise director and his deputy. Its a great place to hang out.
