Livorno (Florence & Pisa), Italy

The early tour on Monday was a waste of time. Everything in Florence is closed on Mondays and the Church at Pisa doesn't open until 10am which is when we were scheduled to depart Pisa for Florence. We only had 40 minutes in Pisa and that certainly didn't give you enough time to climb the Tower of Pisa either, so you're basically shuffled to the Tower and back again.

Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy

Be prepared to stay close to your group or you'll get lost. The Imperial Rome tour was good but a small group continually ran late at the intermediate stops so we had to cut our visit to St Peters short - that was a shame since that was one of the primary reasons for the tour.
