Probably the best service staff we've ever had on a cruise. Of course, we were a party of 15 and tipped quite well from day one but frankly, everyone felt the same way. Mini-Suites really aren't suites, they should simply be called private balcony rooms. If you want suite comfort, go with the Penthouse or higher.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Here's the only rub. Number one, if you're planning on eating in any of the specialty restaurants, make your reservations immediately upon embarkation or you're simply not going to get an opportunity. Go with the Teppan Yaki first, then Cagneys, both of which were excellent meals. The remaining specialty restaurants were simply ok and the main restaurant that we ate at (Tsars) was simply ho-hum.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Some casino staff were simply rude and frankly the casino was on a hot streak for the entire week. We played blackjack and lost on 20's and pushed on 21's virtually every session. Tough game on this ship.

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
Our teenage kids enjoyed themselves with other teenagers.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff were primarly phillipino and every one of them went above and beyond.

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We booked five mini-suites but these were not really suites in the conventional sense. On other ships, these were simply balcony staterooms and they were quite comfortable.

Pros: Outstanding Service

Cons: Onboard credits were not properly recorded by this travel agency
