14 night journey cruise just before the world fell apart.
I am so glad we took this cruise with my parents. Of course, the world was beginning to fall apart in February 2020 when we got home, nothing was the same.

The cruise was great. Too many people leave towels on chairs to ‘reserve’ them, for hours. Don’t be one of those people. In Roatan, check out Justin Island tours for excellent, personalized , private tour.

A short getaway over Thanksgiving. Charleston is easy for us. Loved Half Moon Cay as always. Nassau was Nassau, but we did a city tour which was fun.

Probably the most beautiful ship I’ve been on, so far. Although the Legend isn’t far behind. Don’t forget to look up! Fantastic cruise with our daughter and her family.
October 2013 - 5 Night Bahamas (Charleston Roundtrip) Cruise on Carnival Fantasy
Sure, the Fantasy is a stately, old ship. But she and the crew gave us an unforgettable cruise. We took my grandmother, who turned 100! during the cruise. Four generations together! Everything was wonderful, and the crew made her feel like a queen (her words). The only thing I regret, is that we didn’t take my granddaughter as well, to have five generations!

This sweet, old ship frequently gets low reviews, for some reason. Sure, she’s old, but she has never failed to give us a fantastic cruise. And before you say, well, try a new, larger ship and you’ll see why. Nope. Been there, done that. I like the newer ships almost as well.
