Ship was not very interesting. The architecture was uninspired. The public areas (atrium particularly) were very modest. Very little open space.

The is no place to smoke a pipe except the Sky High Bar, which is outdoors on a top deck. It is cold and/or windy and sometimes raining. It is a ridiculous level of discrimination against pipe smokers and promotes cigarettes which are permitted in many locations. The must be a comfortable, indoor room for pipe and cigar smokers. Until there is we will not cruise with NCL.
Cruise tips
We wandered about on our own and had a fine time.
Unfortunately, it was beastly hot and humid and air conditioning was non-existant in the touring coaches and buildings. The sights were interesting, but difficult to enjoy due to the heat.
Old town was nice.
Tour of maritime museum was excellent. Weather was delightful.

We had to show our passports to enter AND to get back to the ship. The government employees at the passpot check points were surly and not at all welcoming. The Hermitage was like a sauna and the bus ride an ordeal.
