So...this should have been a 5-star review given the staff and amenities...food...design...all of that. However, they decided to do demolition in one of the kids areas RIGHT UNDER our room. So our days were full of hammers and saws and sanders and jack-hammers...and so were our nights. This may not have been "as big" of an issue for someone that didn't have an infant that needs several naps throughout the day...but ours did...so it was. The first night it went until 10 at night - until I called Guest Services and said if they didn't stop it, I was going down there myself. This continued the entire cruise (though only until 9pm the second night and probably 8 the following). It was unbearable. They admitted they made a mistake in allowing it to happen with the surrounding rooms booked, but the reality is, someone knew it would be more fiscally beneficial to just deal with the complaints after the fact - and ruin someone's vacation (which they don't care about obviously). I'm a big fan of Disney (former season pass holder at DisneyWorld when I lived in Florida)...but this was unacceptable. They did comp some stuff...but it didn't come close to making it right, as this our wedding anniversary - our first vacation in 5 years - our first big trip with our new son...and quite frankly, it ruined the whole experience for us and didn't come close to the cruise price + airline tickets + hotels + rental cars. They did offer 25% off our "next" cruise, but the experience was so bad - not really feeling that's enough. It's one thing to look back on it, but remembering how frustrating it was in the moment and not being able to get ANY relief...just can't forget that. I tried to be fair by judging each thing independently, but if there was an overall rating - it was get 1-star - and only because that's the minimum that can be given.

It was amazing. My daughter got to have the time of her life, our apple watches worked so she could text me if she needed anything. The entertainment was fabulous. the food and drink was delicious. I'm sad that I'm back on land and people are not as happy and magical as on the ship! Walking around with music playing all the time was awesome. I had to run and sing along with the pianist occasionally!

The Disney Magic provides the Disney experience for all. Easily the best family vacation we have been on. We will definitely take another Disney cruise.

Overall is a very good cruise but the ratio value for money is not that good. It is a very expensive cruise compared to others and the drinks are not included.

We have cruised many times, and this was our first Disney cruise and it was awesome! Would like to take our family in the next 2 years.

The Disney magic truly provided a magical experience for us. We were blown away by the number of activities we could do on the cruise as a family. The shows were on par with broadway quality shows seen in New York. The food was excellent and the service provided by all the staff on the cruise was top-notch.

I will never book with cruse.com only used then as they promised 1500 on board credit , then they screwed me at end and did not provide , so so it was way over priced

After a dozen cruises on various cruise lines we took the best cruise of our life on the Disney Magic. The ship was immaculate and looked fresher than a 4 year old ship that we recently sailed on. Disney Cruise Line is unique in its entertainment offerings which were simply outstanding! I have never enjoyed cruise ship entertainment but it was my favorite part of this trip. The food was very good quality. Palo is just wonderful. I was shocked by the level of service we received. Our head waiter was the best head waiter I have ever had and I’ve met some amazing people in the past. The character interactions were a cut above anything I could have imagined. I’ll never cruise another line. DCL is where it’s at.

I loved the cruise, the staff was amazing. It was 6 days of fun activities for adults with children. The musicals were just like Broadway quality. Food selection and dinner with show was so wonderful. We had a wonderful time on Disney Magic and would love to go again.

good cruise for children. Disappointed in treatment of wheelchair person. All exit doors on ship had push buttons but accessible bathrooms did not. So person in wheelchair had to open public accessible bathrooms by hand. WHY?

Paid for wifi. It did not work. Even after logging off it didn’t disconnect charging me more and other times showed connected but nothing loaded. Need refund for those charges. I have businesses which need me to stay connected but wifi was not working. So please issue refund for internet charges. No events for single parents on the ship. Basically no singles events. Nassau takes only cash. No one announced that on ship. In show or otherwise. Went to port, waited for 1.5 hours for taxi. Did not get it so went back to ship to get atm card. It was very inconvenient for a single mom because my son had to walk all the way also. There is no way I could carry him if he was younger. We were just asking people to take credit card to go to beach which no one took. Game shows etc need to pick more kids from audience. So more kids get chance to participate. In D lounge games should be such that many kids are selected. No vegetarian food options and the ones existed, were really tasteless. There was no donald duck on ship. But food or activities didn’t meet our expectations. I really request refund on cruise expense because I spent a lot on this cruise. Thanks.

This was our 3rd Disney cruise, we love Disney cruises! We already booked a placeholder to go on another one in 2 years.

While we still enjoyed our cruise, it just wasn't as good as previous Disney cruises. From the navigator app to the food quality to the lack of entertainment options, everything felt a bit off. All that said, it was better than other cruise lines we've been on, and we will keep cruising with Disney.

We had a wonderful cruise with our kids. This was a first for me traveling with children on a cruise and we were more than impressed. The cleanliness and pristine condition of the boat was comforting, as well as the incredible service we were provided! We were so happy, we rebooked! Can't wait for our cruise next year!
