Great location, great venue, but bad experience by andytonkovich

Size and cleanliness were fine. The noise from Deck 12 was constant and throughout the night. Felt like we were below the kitchen ... hearing machines running, chairs dragging, items being dropped in the floor in the late evening or early morning hours ... paid a premium to be on a high deck but would have rather been on Deck 4. Limited opportunity for any real rest on a vacation turned a positive experience into a very negative experience. Our understanding is the Deck 12 carpet had recently been replaced by linoleum to the detriment of Deck 11 passengers.

Room was comfortable for one person. A little tight for two, I guess. Biggest concern were US based electrical outlets. I found two in living area and one in bathroom. There were also a couple 1 inch square with two posts (European possibly?) in the room. Bring a converter and you'll have plenty. And always bring surge protectors!!!

Our room 5522 was directly below a crew storage room which was used quite a bit on he last 2 days if the trip. Very noisy late at night and early in the morning
