Review summary

Crammed cabins, balcony off a 1980's fishing trawler; comprising of a steel hole and steel constructed balcony.
Too many fruit machines not enough chairs, making it difficult to find seating on an evening and on sea days when weather is poor outside.
constant queuing for everything, entertainment varies wildly from good to extremely poor
been cruising with other companies on numerous occasions first time felt need to write bad review.
staff seem to be overwhelmed on many occasions, trying to help all the customers; not enough staff to cater for all guests.
except of course in the casino area the numerous gambling tables had a least 1-2 staff members on with no guests.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

fed up of queueing and searching for a table to sit at

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
unable to get seats for most things, most areas where activities were being held too small for number of guests.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
burn the floor was amazing, on the other extreme Chris the magician with very out dated and boring tricks (failed child entertainer possibly) while priscilla queen of the desert show was on, it is clearly rated as 18+ only yet many children were allowed to be in the audience not acceptable behaviour. the booking system is also a complete and utter waste of time, you still queue for every show and is most definitely not freestyle cruising. worst cruise ever

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
all the crew seemed to be poorly trained and severely understaffed.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
first impression a big ship, soon realising that very badly designed and unorganised, very small function rooms and restaurants with lots of extra surcharge restaurants.

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
crammed badly designed, balcony see picture. incredibly small drawers only open quarter way due to close proximity of bed. the only thing that separates the toilet and shower from the bedroom is a see through plastic curtain.

Ship tip

Don't do it.
