Unfortunately, I’ll need to do a bit of work online while on the ship. On a recent cruise with another line, I paid for premium Wi-Fi and still had crappy reception. Does anyone know whether the ship’s Wi-Fi is at least decent on the Epic in the Mediterranean?

I’ve had that same experience on cruises, if the Wi-Fi works, I don’t mind paying. But when it doesn’t, it’s frustrating!! I was on the Epic this time last year,  and had a small hiccup and it was resolved immediately by their onboard tech.  It was partially on my end ..
