Mp, I would check the local laws in Puerto Rico concerning marijuana. Like anywhere else, it won't matter if you have a medical card, it's still illegal in most states and federally. I guarantee if it is legal there, they will have a dispensary.

Obviously not on the ship. But can it be consumed at the port.
