Review summary

The port trips were very good. Disappointed in the overall condition of the Jewel of theSeas. This was my first Royal Carribean ship. On my next cruise I will research the age of the ship and pay more attention to on board activities.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Great waiters but food was mediocre and I 'm not too picky.

Onboard Activities

Pools were good but crowded.

Entertainment

No stand out shows and very little publicity for them.

Ship Quality

This ship is tired. Carpeting is newer but wood is scratched and there were odors inthe hallway.

Cabin / Stateroom

2 out of 5
Bad bathroom odors. Inside drawers were warped from previous spills. Rust on balcony. Beds and pillows very comfy.
