Are the still doing pre boarding testing, I see a lot of cruises have done away with it.

Yes, Royal Caribbean is still requiring pre-cruise testing. Within 2 days for fully vaccinated passengers, 3 days for unvaccinated.

As of now I believe they are. The problem will be many ports require it and until that stops then the cruise lines will continue it.

The reason it is still required and will most likely remain that way for awhile is because the ports are not wanting untested travelers coming and bringing Covid. I don’t think the cruise lines care as much but unless you have all sea days it’s going to be required.

On cruises 10 days or less no if you are vaccinated :)
