Figure on the Customs are not in till 7am. Most ships offload 1500 passengers/hr. 1 hr in the terminal for non-citizen processing & baggage claim. If 1st off priority you are looking at being curbside for cab by 8am @ earliest if not priority then count on later. Add the 3 hr drive and a 3 hr security check make 2pm or later flights better.

This question requires more information, but I think you've answered your own question. What is your disembarkation port? I would not risk such a tight timeline for an international flight.
