Yes it's a requirement to be part of the carry-ons, if in checked it can be confiscated. Limited 1 750ml bottle per legal adult & only @ initial boarding. Nonalcoholic beverages are limited to 12, 17oz cans/bottles per cabin must also be a carry-on, but more can be brought on at each port.
