I was quite disappointed with the way I was treated by a Guest Relations representative. She was condescending to me. I had prepaid for two internet packages, but was given a free package as a frequent cruiser. She refused to credit me the balance for the free package and treated me very poorly. I was patient, polite and was not asking for anything that I was not entitled to. It was quite disappointing.

We had an issue. We were entitled to 10% off a spa treatment. First problem was that we were charged the full price and discounted price. Guest relations contacted the spa manager and this was resolved...Except they removed the discounted entry. Another quick trip to guest relations and this was also corrected. I'm not concerned that there were issues, 5 stars because they fixed the issues.

We didn't take a cruiseline excursion (our mistake, we should have taken the catamaran to the famous Cozumel reefs), but guest relations have been very accommodating and helpful throuhgout our stay.

We attended this venue a couple of days before disembarkation to inquire about the wifi fee so we could confirm/complete our flight home. We were told there was no need to do this as they would this for no fee providing it was 24 hours or less before the fight. We returned to have this task completed, waited in line advised the woman of what we were told. She quickly and in my view rudely dismissed our request. (We did not get the name of her who encouraged us to return.

I went to guest services to get my internet services up and running. Very helpful. I was surprised that they had no information on the trolley service in Boston. It was right outside the port. The people in the port was able to assist and offer information.
