Enjoyed my cruise, staff needs more training on customer service. Cruise director Jacky is off the wall, he made this cruise experience one of my best experience, I may book my cruises with Carnival based on the ships he is in contract with. The 2 day of cursing my husband and I got turned around and he came up to us and gave directions without us even asking for help. I did not know who he was at that point. Whatever he is being paid pay him more

Fun trip. Feel pampered. Relaxing. Beautiful ocean.

great weather , service, didn't like having to use the phone for restaurant ... would like to get rid of that ..otherwise great.

We would so do this cruise again, now that we know the ins and outs. Loved the elevators. Most of the people were easy to talk to and entertainment was great

We had a good time but there were disappointments that made the trip imperfect.

We were dissatisfied with the food in the buffet , selections were good but the food was cold even the soup, the crew were very friendly and did their best but for the amount of passengers, there could have been more crew

Too many obnoxious kids, running through hallways knocking indoors, yelling, screaming. 2 little pools for 4 thousand people and were filled with kids, same with hot tubs. No one to do anything about enforcing rule Had over 8 thousand points in Casino couldn't even get a t shirt for them

The fact that this was our first cruise played a huge role in my reviews. We didn't know how things worked, and at most roadblocks, there was was no one there to give us any sort of direction.

Overall very good. Same size venues as on smaller ships. Took 2 hours to see a 30 minute show. Had to stsnd in line for everything.

First time cruisers. The ship is beautiful. The staff was amazingly attentive. We were really impressed with the food quality. I am gluten free and low carb and had no problems finding good food every meal. We upgraded to the terrazza deck and were really glad for that. The deck is beautiful. The deck staff were wonderful. We loved the dance classes. I really enjoyed the entertainment, my husband felt some of it could have been better. But always several choices of music every night. Comedians were funny, one however was very raunchy. My one negative is smelling smoke. I think they could improve on the air filtration.

- In General, nice staff on ship - EXCELLENT Dining staff - Islands were incredible, would love to go back to all of them except St. Lucia, beach was disappointing but I will stay positive and say perhaps I did not go to the right one. - Mark Q was an excellent cruise director - Weather for March was unbelievable, just fantastic! - Burgers at Guy Fieri were insanely delish!! - My favorite thing about the Venezia is that we never spent more than 5 minutes in any line for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Our waiter Richard and his assistants in mdr table 299 were absolutely amazing. Very kind & always pleasant while providing excellent service. The maitre d, Adrian, was great, too.

I would cruise again with Carnival but maybe not on the Venezia. Don't get me wrong it is a pretty ship but different layout from all the others.

Friendly staff, above average food, nice Venice ship deco. Overall. a fun and relaxing trip, escaping from cold CT weather.

Beautiful new ship But it was a carnival cruise NOT A FUN Ship !!!

Nice ship had a good time the food can be better quality in some venues. The piano bar and the comedian lounge was just too small for the amount of people that wanted to enjoy them you could never get in. Don’t know what they could do about that, but maybe they should limit the amount of time people can stay in the piano bar so others will get to enjoy it also.

Great staff and fun entertainment. The ship was beautiful.

We enjoyed this crusie very much. I like to mention few of the staff on their excellent services. Dinning staff; Darma, I Nyoman both gentlemen provided an fun and enjoyable during our dinner. Stateroom Attendant: I Ketut. friendly and keep our stateroom clean. Crise Director, Mac Q, Anthony, Fun, organized, All other staff, well done.

It was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed our selves.
