A: Thank you so much maryred. I couldn't find anything on carnivals website or on reviews about height of tub, only length and width and some pictures. Our vacation planner said those cabins are a little larger.

Answered by Carnivallover1 on March 19, 2024

A: Varies. Musicians are on shorter than the rest of crew contracts through talent agents. Sometimes there no acts willing to take very short term (4 weeks or less) to cover when the recurring talent are on their scheduled break from the ship.

Answered by ccstitt on March 19, 2024

A: The extra input/output ports are disabled on the TVs on Carnival ships. A small exception is in certain suites, but not on every ship & I don't have spec. info for the Venezia. If in a suite w/ that ability you would also need ti bring an universal r... emote with learning feature.See More

A: Rum Runners! 😉 Sweaters or jackets in various thickness. I’ve found the ships to be pretty cold the first 2 1/2 and the last 2 1/2 days. Ear plugs, because some staterooms are noisy. I pack some coat hangers because there are never enough.

A: If your back is to the Marco Polo Dinning Room in the Atrium, it's to the left right next to Carnival Adventures in that little space. It's not that big and an add-on to the ship since Costa doesn't have them on their ships

Even your 2nd Elegant Night is limits the dress code to the MDR. All other theme... s are for 1-2 hr long deck parties, or in the Nightclub Happy Hrs. w/ no required dress code. A: No fold-out sofas, in balcony cabins. Some cabins set-ups might have a daybed type sofa if rated for 3 or more guests. But most cabins on the Venezia feature Pullman bunks for anything past the first 2 guests.

Answered by maryred on November 18, 2023

A: We were in a spacious ocean view, and the couch was able to be made into a bed. We could see the sheet at one corner.

Answered by esrescuer on November 23, 2023

A: All depends on the the oceanview or balcony cabin's passenger capacity. In a double occupancy, the sofa has storage drawers only, no conversion. In a triple, quad, or quint cabin, the type of sofa will depend on if there are Pullman bunks in the ceil... ing or wall. So some will have no conversion sofas, some a daybed style set-up, with a few w/ trundle. Sometimes suites have true fold out sofa beds.See More

A: We'll be on Venezia in a few weeks, I've been reading mixed reviews on the food. I think the negative has more to do with people expecting too much from a post pandemic cruise or just having a higher expectation than reality.

A: Dining room had great food. Only did buffet for breakfast and I was not impressed.

Answered by Krepp36 on September 22, 2023

A: Not a GF, but have multiple food allergies (all seafoods, soy, mushrooms, certain cheeses, strawberries +) & can say the main dining & specialty restaurants on Carnival have all gone above & beyond to accommodate. Just talk to a host on embarkation d... ay @ the open question session about 1:30pm @ the MDR about dietary concerns. You might have to order the night before for special preparation.See More

A: Currently on Venezia right now. The food is just ok. There are burgers, tacos and a buffet with a decent variety. The Italian restaurant was nice - large portions and offers a different menu. There’s a daiquiri bar called rococo - it was pretty bus... y the whole cruise. There’s a “hidden” lunch option like the la Estrada- right outside of II Viaggio - it was decent.See More
