John Heald's life is the opposite of ours. I know you're kidding BAK, and he does get to cruise the world, but I don't thinks it's as wonderful a job as we think it might be. As long as he is in any public area of the ship, guests will berate him with complaints, demands, accolades and just plain pestering him. The guy has no time to himself unless he's in his cabin. I wouldn't want his job, but I wouldn't mind being his assistant.

Ask him if he could upgrade me to a Havana Suite when I go on the Vista for the Jay Leno concert cruise.......... never hurts to ask. Also please thank him for the sparkling wine and chocolate covered Strawberry's when I was on the Glory.
