Review summary
The ship was clean and the staff was pleasant. Room service got our order wrong every time - one time we had to call an hour and a half after ordering to see where our food was and it was still wrong. Our room key somehow deactivated itself twice and we had to go to the front desk 3 times each time to get it fixed and that was not a short walk! Food was OK-had better on Carnival. Check in was quick and easy. Room stewards were great and kept our room clean.Ship experiences

Room stewards were great! Front desk should just reissue new keys when they stop working instead of trying to fix them and having us walk back and forth several times to find out the fix didn't work.

Lovely flower arragenemtns but dated decor BUT its Holland so maybe they leave it old for the old people?
Cabin / Stateroom
Clean room! Lots of different pillows to choose from. Bed was VERY firm so woke up to a back ache each morning.
