Review summary

We pay the extra to be in a suite and expect our experience to be the best it can be. We had to keep asking our stewards for ice, or sodas. Stewards weren't around as much as our other cruises. The upkeep on the ship wasn't up to par. Fitness equipment was broken. Ship looked shabby in areas. The crew in general didn't seem happy, making the atmosphere not as much fun.

The Canaletto was the best. Waiters were at least trying to have fun. In other areas, they didn't look like they were having fun, or talking much to anyone.

Liked that the shows were all in good taste. Appreciated very much the Catholic Mass on board.

The only ones who really seemed to want to help were the two girls in our Neptune Lounge. The ship's doctor was excellent.

run down in general. The theater was in good condition. My husband got sick on the 5th day into our 11 day cruise.. got sick on the ship.

We get a deluxe Veranda suite.

Pros: Neptune Lounge

Cons: Needs major overhall in appearance and maintenance. Husband sick on ship as well.
