Review summary

This sure wasn't the Amsterdam. The difference was day and night. On the Amsterdam the crew almost tripped over themselve to help. On the Zuiderdam we were lucky to get our cabin cleaned and bed made by 1700 hours.

Size - ok. Decor - ok. Amenities - poor. Comfort - ok. Condition of stateroom - great. Location - great.

Pros: The quick and easy getting on and off the ship

Cons: Never had my in cabin refrigerator restocked the entire 10 days, no trays in the buffet and it seemed as though no one cared even at guest services.
